The apt offers one double bedroom with largesize wardrobes, a spacious living room with a sofa (it turns into a comfortable double bedroom) and two balconies, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom as well and a hall with a desk.

Ideal for long either short staying. The apt can accommodate 1 to 4 people.
Interaction with visitors
We will welcome you on your arrival and salute you on your departure.
During your stay, we will always be available for any requests and advice regarding information about services and sightseeing.
There will be a mobile phone at your disposal only to communicate with us.
Other items to be noted
We would appreciate our guests to treat the house as their own, keep it tidy and they are welcome to use all features of the house. I would only ask in order to respect our neighbours that shoes should be removed to make less noise on wooden floor boards.
House Rules: No smoking, Not suitable for pets, No parties or events
If you do break something or the equipment does not work, please say so straight away, and we will get it fixed.
Check-in time is 1 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m
